About Make
Make, formerly Integromat, takes a more visual approach than Zapier. Each automation, called a scenario, is drawn on a canvas as connected bubbles, so you can see branches, filters, loops and error routes at a glance. That makes it a favourite for workflows with real logic in them, like syncing orders between a shop, a CRM and an accounting tool.
Make connects to 3,000+ apps, and its HTTP and webhook modules reach anything with an API. AI steps and AI agents can be added to scenarios, using Make's own AI provider or your own keys for models like OpenAI and Anthropic.
Pricing is based on credits. The free plan includes 1,000 credits a month, and paid plans start at $9 per month for 10,000 credits, which is why teams with high volumes often find Make cheaper than Zapier. The trade-off is a steeper learning curve: plan on an afternoon to get comfortable with data mapping. Make is owned by Celonis.
