These terms apply to your use of techztalk.com (“TechZTalk”, “we”, “us”). By using the site or creating an account — including with “Continue with Google” — you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use TechZTalk.

1. What TechZTalk is

TechZTalk is a directory to discover, compare and review software, SaaS products, AI tools and technology companies. Information about products comes from vendors, users and our team. We work to keep it accurate, but we don’t guarantee that every detail (such as pricing or features) is complete or current — always check with the vendor before you buy.

2. Your account

• Give accurate information and keep your password secure. You’re responsible for activity on your account.
• One person per account. Don’t create accounts to manipulate reviews or rankings.
• Tell us promptly if you think your account has been misused.

3. Listings and claims

• Only submit or claim a product or company you are authorised to represent.
• Listing information must be truthful and not misleading, and must not infringe anyone’s rights (including trademarks and copyrights in logos and screenshots).
• Every submission and edit is reviewed. We may approve, edit, reject or remove listings at our discretion, including listings that are inactive, duplicated or misleading.
• By submitting content you give TechZTalk a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, adapt and distribute it on the site and in promotion of the site.

4. Reviews

• Reviews must reflect your own genuine experience with the product.
• No fake, paid or incentivised reviews without disclosure, no reviews of your own or a competitor’s products, and no offensive, unlawful or personal-data content.
• Reviews are moderated before they appear. We may decline or remove reviews that break these rules. Vendors may publicly reply to reviews of their products.

5. Acceptable use

Don’t misuse TechZTalk. In particular, don’t: break the law; attempt to access accounts or data that aren’t yours; interfere with the site’s security or performance; scrape or copy the directory in bulk; send spam; or upload malware.

6. Paid features

Some features (for example, featured placement or premium plans) may be offered for a fee. Prices, what’s included and billing terms are shown before you buy. Sponsored placements are always labelled as sponsored and do not change organic rankings or reviews.

7. Our content and trademarks

The TechZTalk name, logo, design and our own content belong to us. Product names and logos belong to their owners and are used to identify their products.

8. Third-party websites

Listings link to vendors’ websites. We’re not responsible for their content, products, prices or privacy practices.

9. Disclaimers and liability

TechZTalk is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties about the site or the products listed, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you make based on information on the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Ending your use

You can stop using TechZTalk and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use TechZTalk after changes means you accept them.
