LG has posted pictures of rumored KM900 Arena handset on its official blog. The blog states, “All will be revealed at Mobile World Congress…” The file name on the image confirms the name of the handset “Arena” and the image itself shows the new S-Class 3D user interface that LG has developed. From the image it looks like the homescreen flips to reveal more icons. The icons and their arrangement is very similar to what we have seen on the iPhone.
Additionally, a Dutch website claims that the phone will have 3-inch touchscreen with 800 x 480 resolution, 5-megapixel camera, DVD quality video capture, A-GPS, FM radio, WiFi, Bluetooth and mobile TV. A camera in the front is available to make video calls. The handset will support tri-band GSM/EDGE, UMTS and HSPA. The LG Arena will be launched by T-Mobile in Germany after it’s announced at Mobile World Congress 2009.
