Along with the Arrandale processors for ultra-thin notebooks, which were revealed yesterday, Intel is also planning to launch four new 32nm dual-core Arrandale CPUs under Calpella platform for mainstream notebooks. The four CPUs will be Core i5-520M (processor specifications yet not known), 2.26GHz Core i5-430M with Intel’s Turbo Boost technology for up to 2.53GHz single core speed, 2.26GHz Core i3-350M without Tubro Boost and lower-end 2.13GHz Core i3-330M.

Both the Core i5 and Core i3 processors will have integrated graphics engine. The graphics processor on Core i5 will have 500MHz speed, but it can run up to 766MHz under load. The Core i3 will also have 500MHz graphics core, but it will have maximum speed of 667MHz. Both the processors will support DDR3 memory, feature 3MB L3 cache and TDP of 35W.

Intel will add six new CPUs to the notebook lineup in third quarter of 2010, which would include lower end brands like Pentium and Celeron. It is believed that Intel will also introduce higher-end notebook processors in January 2010, but no information about the processors is yet available.
