Apple has sent out invites to various media houses for an iPhone event on October 4th on Apple’s campus in Cupertino at 10 AM. The invite just says, “Let’s talk iPhone.” However, application icons on the invite are very self-explanatory – the Calendar app shows Tuesday 4, the Clock app shows 10:00, the Maps app shows 1 Infinite Loop and the Phone app shows one missed call, indicating that their will be one new iPhone.
