Sony today introduced world’s first ever motion activated headphones MH907. The new headphones allow users to simply plug in two earphones to start listening to music and pause by removing one earbud. To start listening again simply plug it back in. Similarly, you can answer a phone call by plugging in one earbud and end phone call by removing it.

Sony calls the new technology in the headphones SensMe that uses capacitive sensor in each earbud to track whether the headphones are in your ears or not. Based on the feedback of these sensors various actions like playing music or answering a call can be controlled. The MH907 will only support Sony Ericsson phones with “fast port” connector, and they are available in yellow/white and titan/chrome colors for £39 (about $60). We have added a video below that features cartoon character riding a bus and using the MH907 headphones.
