Dell today announced the new Studio One 19 all-in-one desktop that is designed like the iMac. The desktop features a 18.5-inch 16:9 ratio LCD screen with 1366 x 768 resolution that has optional support for multitouch input for media playback and image editing.

The Studio One 19 will come with wide range of processor choices starting from single-core Celeron processor to quad-core Core 2 Quad processor. On the graphics side, Dell will use GeForce 9200 for basic systems with option of GeForce 9400 for higher end systems. The Studio One 19 will come with slot-loading DVD burner as standard but customers will have an option of selecting Blu-ray drive also. The other features on the desktop will be up to 4GB RAM, up to 750GB hard drive, and optional WiFi, webcam and Bluetooth.

Dell Studio One 19 will be available in various colors and Dell will start shipping the system in Japan by 19th March, whereas rest of the world will see the system later in the spring. The starting price of Studio One 19 will be $699, but adding options will quickly make the price go above $1,000 mark.
