Verizon today sent out invitations for a media event on Tuesday, January 11 at Frederick P. Rose Hall in New York. Just yesterday, Verizon’s CEO presented a keynote address at CES 2011, where they announced their LTE plans and 10 new devices. A media event within five days of a big CES keynote indicates that Verizon will be announcing something that they couldn’t announce at CES – for example Apple iPhone.

Also, All Things Digital’s John Paczkowski posted “No details on its focus, but sources close to the company tell me this will indeed prove to be the long-rumored Verizon iPhone announcement.”

It looks like we will see Verizon iPhone on January 11th.
